When we think of marriage, the first thing that comes to mind is having a lasting relationship. Marriage was designed for joy – joyful marriages.. You need to have joy in your marriage . Well marriage is making your heart one, true love exists when we apply the word of God in our marriages. Jeremiah 31:22 woman are called to help and not to dominate so as a woman you should protect your husband. True love tolerates and protects. Marriage is working together, marriage is unity. you need the holy ghost to take over so that you may be compatible. 

For a marriage to work you need to accept one another. Accept what your partner loves (love what they love), who they are, and what they like . Here’s the thing about acceptance. In many cases, we have a choice. We can either accept or reject, and much of the time rejecting doesn't change our reality, it just causes pain. Do not go in a marriage so that you can panel beat one another but rather accept one another.

Love FORGIVES . Do not revenge in a marriage. Even the bible in 1 Corithians 13:17 it says Love forgives everything. Love is always trusting, and always hoping, and never gives up.Forgiveness is a form of love in action, and we can’t get far in marriage without it. When you love someone, you’re vulnerable with them, and vice versa. Your spouse has the power to hurt you more deeply than anyone else in the world because you value their approval and affirmation more than anyone else’s.
