HOW DOES PRAYER AND FASTING WORK

God says when you start to fast and pray there is something about you doing a physical obedience that brings a spiritual act of favour and blessings. Look out miracles and favour will come. God will raise you up if there is more of him and less of you .

Exodus 17: 11. There is a connection on what we do physically and what happens spiritually. When we fast and pray we sacrifice ourselves, Increase in favour comes with sacrifice. PRAYER and Fasting makes us qualified even if we are not qualified. How do you build a relationship with God? through praying and fasting. Count it all joy when you go through temptation or trials, if you are patient through it all you will be perfected.

Do you really want to break strongholds and are you waiting for that transformation, FAST FAST FAST not forgetting to PRAY a lot whilst you are at it . Isiah 58 teaches us about fasting and how to go about it. There is nothing like fasting for work, promotion, sickness etc the purpose of fasting is to increase you faith which is spiritual so that you may move the mountain and blessings, favour and grace start to follow you.
